HELPFUL TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL HOME PARTY WITH A GUEST HOST:
- Please provide our Hostess with a comfortable area in which to host your event. A room cleared of furniture and toys is ideal as the less distractions the better. It is also best to avoid unforseen accidents which may occur from low coffee tables or valuables & breakables which may be vulnerable to small hands etc.
- Please provide a Cd player so that music can be played to accompany the host with musical games etc. If you cannot provide one, please contact The Fairytale Palace in advance and one can be provided for the party.
- We like to start on time, as your event is important to us. Your host has an itinerary for the event and will proceed as soon as they arrive until they leave. If you wish to change the itinerary, please notify The Fairytale Palace in advance so that our host can become familiar with the expectations you have set forth.
- We understand that sometimes situations occur and extra time may be necessary (more guests arrive than planned, etc) and will try to accommodate your needs if possible. In the event that there are additional guests than the pre-discussed agreement, or extra time is allocated to accommodate your request…additional fees will apply to your credit card on file. At no time should payment be made directly to the Host as they are paid directly through invoice of The Fairytale Palace.
- We recommend maximum 1 hr to 90 minutes for young children as it is very difficult to hold their attention for longer than that. We suggest for a 90 minute party to incorporate the cake and gift opening with your hostess so that the children remain attentive. ..or if you have more than 12 children, the extra time is necessary to do the facepainting and nails.
In the event of severe weather conditions or unforseen incidences which may result from traffic situations etc..the Fairytale Palace and Host may be unable to attend your event in which case a full refund of the deposit will apply. THERE ARE NO CANCELATIONS OR REFUNDS ONCE A BOOKING /DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE. The Fairytale Palace reserves the right to substitute a character of equal validity should the original character become ill or unable to attend the scheduled event beyond our control. If you do not wish to have a different host attend…a full refund will apply to your booking with regrets.

For a great party, give our Hostess a place to work with the children. Even the most popular Princess will have a difficult time working around Adult conversations and too many people, which can be a huge distraction for the children.
