IT’S A HIT!! The Castle Rocks has become the fun, social place-to-be on a Friday evening for the Pickering Village and Durham neighbourhood kids 3-12 years old.
The kids loved it so much they kept coming back! They had fun and learned new things, created some amazing plays, met up with friends and made new ones while developing teamwork and social skills in fun, creative ways. With a different theme each week, The Castle Rocks was the place where your child had fun in a safe, creative place on a Friday evening – and it’s just long enough for an adult movie night or a special ‘dinner for two’ at the nearby Lion and Dragon Pub 
- Pizza, drinks (munchies) may vary per theme. Check our event calendar for details on a specific event night and let us know if your child suffers from any allergies so we may accomodate)

The Castle Rocks! is a fun Friday night social for kids to hang out, listen to today’s popular music and ‘chill’. Fully supervised, with a different theme each week and kids can come dressed in costumes or use ours. See the Calander for the upcoming themes including:

I can’t tell you enough how much we love your “Castle Rocks” Friday night event for kids and tweens. My Jennie LOVES the dancing, theme nights, and meeting new friends. After paying a few hundred dollars on dance lessons, it’s refreshing to find an establishment like yours that is not only FUN for her but totally affordable for single parents like me. Castle Rocks is an ongoing Friday Night drop in. There is always something scrumptious to nibble on – pizza, hot dogs or chicken wings. We have theme nights and try to keep it interesting for the kids. We’ve done the 50′s and 70′s music eras, Circus, Drama, Karaoke, Country, and so many other cool themes. Ages range from 3-12 yrs. Cost is $15+ gst but the rate is increasing to $20 which includes HST. in July 2010. Cards of 10 passes will be available for only $150 + gst. (it’s like getting the $15 rate for 10 visits). The card is good for 6 months from date of purchase.
Castle Rocks starts at 6 pm and ends at 9 pm. We ask that you arrive on time so we know how much food to order. You do not need to reserve in advance, however if you are bringing in groups of 3 or more, please call ahead to let us know.
